"On February 21, 2025, at 10:35, Russian occupation forces carried out three airstrikes on Konstantinovka, initially using 'FAB-250' with UMPC. The munitions hit one of the areas of the settlement. As a result of the attack, a 40-year-old local resident died at the scene from severe bodily injuries. A woman and a man aged 63 and 64 sustained mine-explosive injuries, shrapnel wounds, and a concussion. The injured received medical assistance and were taken to the hospital," the regional prosecutor's office clarified.
