Updated: The Security Service of Ukraine officially reported that it has gathered a significant body of evidence and received conclusions from independent examinations confirming the anti-Ukrainian activities of the former host of the sanctioned TV channels "Our" and "NewsOne," which were owned by Viktor Medvedchuk and Yevheniy Muraiev.

According to the case materials, after the onset of the full-scale war, the suspect created his channel on the video hosting platform YouTube, where he continued to disseminate Kremlin narratives.

To achieve this, the blogger regularly invited pro-Russian "political experts" to his broadcasts, a significant portion of whom are now hiding in the Russian Federation.

During interviews, both the author and the studio guests repeatedly attempted to justify Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine, as well as the war crimes of the occupiers, particularly the missile strikes on civilian infrastructure in our country, the security service notes.

A frequent guest of the suspect was another pro-Kremlin blogger (Dmytro Korniychuk - ed.), who in February 2024 was already suspected by SSU investigators.

At that time, the court imposed a measure of restraint - house arrest, but subsequently, the blogger continued his subversive activities in the interests of Moscow.

Both suspects publicly attempted to discredit Ukraine on the international stage and destabilized the socio-political situation within our state.

The judicial linguistic examination initiated by the SSU confirmed the commission of crimes by both bloggers. The investigators of the Security Service have now informed them of suspicion under parts 2 and 3 of Article 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (justification, acknowledgment of legality, denial of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, glorification of its participants).

The question of applying a measure of restraint in the form of detention is currently being resolved.
