He also commended U.S. President Donald Trump for holding talks with the Russians in Saudi Arabia, noting that "under Trump, this war will end, and it will end soon."
"By the end of all this, we will have a Nobel Peace Prize next to Donald Trump's name," asserted the U.S. President's National Security Advisor.
The mineral agreement, which has caused a crisis in U.S.-Ukraine relations, is part of efforts aimed at ending the Russian-Ukrainian war.

- According to Axios, American and Ukrainian officials held negotiations all night until Friday morning, trying to finalize an agreement on resources and prevent the deterioration of relations between Kyiv and Washington.
- U.S. Special Envoy Keith Kellogg, who remains in Kyiv, tweeted on Friday that he had a "long and eventful day with Ukraine's top leadership," describing "broad and positive discussions" with Zelensky. He referred to Zelensky as "a resilient and courageous leader of a nation at war."
