In Russia's Belgorod region, reports emerged of an alleged drone attack and subsequent power outages.

The Governor of the Belgorod Region in Russia, Vyacheslav Gladkov, announced that there was a drone attack on the Belgorod region, resulting in power outages in six settlements.
