Verbatim: "Russia is preparing to announce a so-called 'victory' in the war against Ukraine on a 'round date' – February 24, 2025, marking the third anniversary of the beginning of the full-scale war. Furthermore, these plans may also include a declaration of 'Russia's victory over NATO.'

Details: Russians have consistently claimed that they are at war in Ukraine specifically against the Alliance.

As noted by Ukrainian intelligence, the Kremlin has instructed to intensify efforts to sow despair among Ukrainians, destabilize the situation in the country, and discredit Ukraine in the eyes of partners who provide crucial military assistance.

In the near future, Russian propagandists will increasingly spread narratives such as: 'The West has betrayed Ukraine', 'The opinions of Europeans and Ukrainians do not concern either Moscow or Washington', 'The US and Russia have agreed on everything behind Ukraine's back', 'The Ukrainian government is illegitimate', 'The Ukrainian army is losing on the front', 'Corrupt officials in Ukraine are stealing billions of dollars in American aid.'

The Kremlin has ordered its intelligence services to utilize the US-Russia negotiations in Saudi Arabia on February 18 for information attacks. They will attempt to manipulate these events to influence public opinion.
