The only hope remains: what if Trump pressures Ukraine regarding air defense? - Nikolai Siruk

We must hope that Europe will provide us with more support, and it is also crucial for the CDU/CSU party to win in Germany on Sunday.
Осталась единственная надежда: что Трамп окажет давление на Украину через ПВО, - Николай Сирук.

We can only hope that the air defense systems supplied by the Germans, the French, and even the British still have ongoing deliveries or larger stockpiles. However, Trump definitely wants us to quickly accept his ultimatum regarding resources, or else he will certainly stop supplying the "Patriot" missiles for air defense. That's why the presidents of France and the Prime Minister of Britain have flown to Washington; perhaps they can persuade him not to abandon Ukraine.

But I don't think he can be convinced of anything. His intelligence is akin to that of an average uneducated person from the Rust Belt. This region encompasses the center and north of America, where the Republican Party dominates, and these are impoverished areas, which is why they are marked in red on the map, while the East and West Coasts are colored blue, where the Democrats are in charge.

Trump's supporters believe everything he says... And he seems to fulfill his promises while demanding that we return some mythical $350 billion, even though the actual military and non-military aid from the U.S. totals around $115 billion. Moreover, most of the equipment we received was primarily old stock, with the exception of possibly ammunition and similar supplies.

We must hope that Europe will assist us more, and it is also crucial for the CDU-CSU party to win in Germany on Sunday, whose chancellor candidate Merz promises to support Ukraine, provide "Taurus" missiles, and even send German soldiers as peacekeepers. This could save us from Trump’s so-called "peace" plan, which actually means capitulation to Putin for us.

By the way, I would like to commend Zelensky for the first time, as he withstood the initial aggressive blow from the so-called master of deals, who perhaps regularly does this against his weaker partners. I would like to see what ultimatum he could present to Putin? I fear it would be none, as Putin has Don-FeLon on a hook.
