The cultural and educational center "Svitlytsia" in the city of Brovary has opened an exhibition titled "Korali dlya krali," dedicated to Ukrainian beads. The exhibition's author, artisan Olha Shuvaieva-Nechiporuk, showcased her unique creations, shared the history and techniques of necklace-making, and presented her own poetry, as reported by UNN.
The opening of the exhibition was accompanied by a musical and poetic program featuring bandurist Svitlana Bakhmetova, a teacher at the local music school, who performed Ukrainian songs. The folk ensemble "Svitlytsia" also participated in the event. This gathering brought together talented individuals committed to supporting and promoting national culture.
The exhibition aims to preserve and develop Ukrainian traditions, introduce the younger generation to cultural heritage, and encourage its study. The display will run until the end of February at "Svitlytsia," located at: Yaroslava Mudroho Street, 1. Visitors have the opportunity not only to view the necklaces but also, by arrangement with the artisan, to purchase their favorite pieces after the exhibition concludes.
The exhibition organizer, Yuliia Kruhliak, noted that Olha Shuvaieva-Nechiporuk's works impress with their diversity and creative approach. The artisan has spent many years collecting beads and has processed them herself, infusing each piece with a part of her soul.
The "Korali dlya krali" exhibition offers a wonderful opportunity to immerse oneself in the rich world of Ukrainian necklaces and experience the depth of national culture.
