Legendary singing rector Mikhail Poplavsky turns 75!

Today, November 28, marks the 75th birthday of Mikhail Poplavsky, reports UNN.

He can boldly be described as an innovator and charismatic visionary who effectively shapes the future. He creates without templates or schemes, calculating many moves ahead and confidently paving his own way.

Mikhail Mikhailovich Poplavsky is the rector of the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, professor, Honored Artist of Ukraine, People's Artist of Ukraine, performer and promoter of Ukrainian songs, producer, and stage director.
