“The French armed forces conducted secret exercises named ‘Perseus,’ during which they practiced countering a potential Russian invasion of Ukraine from Belarus. This was reported by Deutsche Welle. According to the publication, the ten-day exercises took place in the fall, lasted for 10 days, and involved 3,200 servicemen from special operations units. The selected training ground resembled a bend of the Dnieper River north of Kyiv,” - states Alexander Musienko.

He also reminds that on January 13, Zelensky mentioned in an evening address his conversation with Macron, during which they discussed recent battlefield events and the French initiative to deploy troops in Ukraine. The expert also notes that the possibility of British troops' involvement was previously mentioned by former British Prime Minister Johnson.

“From what I understand and know from my sources, the French and British are indeed considering the option of landing in Odesa, that is, the Black Sea. Overall actions in this region – Kyiv, Odesa, right-bank Ukraine, and the border with Belarus – are being seen as a working scenario for where French-British troops could be stationed and what tasks they might undertake,” - reports Alexander Musienko.

Thus, he states, we can see that, although slowly, something is happening; it’s not progressing as quickly as one might hope, but news is emerging, discussions are taking place, and exercises are ongoing. This is not simple, the expert notes; evidently, these are strategic plans that still lack important details.

As reported by Znai.ua, Musienko discussed whose side Trump is on now: “We will be competing very seriously with Russia here”.
