The Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, responded to reports regarding Russia's use of Ukrainian Tu-160 bombers, which were received from Ukraine 25 years ago. The Lieutenant General pointed out that corruption and incompetence lead to such anti-state decisions.
Budanov urged against allowing such crimes in the name of Ukraine's victory.

The Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine emphasized the importance of journalistic investigations into Russia's use of Ukrainian aviation. In particular, the aircraft that Ukraine transferred to the Russian Federation in the 1990s in exchange for settling debts for consumed Russian gas.
"We will be able to defeat the enemy and securely protect Ukraine when we irrevocably change.
