“My unit has received reinforcements more than once. This isn't solely due to high casualties; some have resigned under certain circumstances, and many guys have been injured, etc. Although, in my opinion, the losses are significant as well. For me, it's like losing a part of myself constantly. The human resources coming into the army through this forced mobilization are not of the best quality (I don't want to offend anyone), and most of these people are unprepared and unwilling to fight,” - shares Mikhail Kuzakon.

Of course, he notes, there are exceptional individuals, but they represent a very small percentage. According to the program guest, it is often said that everyone in the Armed Forces is ready for combat, even if they undergo short-term training, but still, mobilized individuals, with rare exceptions, do not want to fight; they are not mentally or often physically prepared for it.

“The Territorial Recruitment Centers also fulfill their plans. It’s like in the Soviet Union; this has all transitioned into our reality. They are given specific plans to mobilize a certain number of people. I don't know if they succeed or not, but considering what’s happening, it seems not. People are forcibly taken against their will, often regardless of their health status. This means that individuals arrive already with limited fitness. And this person, who is unprepared, will either perish or end up peeling potatoes, and there are plenty of people willing to peel potatoes,” - explains Mikhail Kuzakon.

It is understandable, he states, because any person, if not fueled by adrenaline or motivation, will protect their life, and the number of those who are motivated to storm is limited; many of them are injured or lost in battles.
