The expert claims that NATO Secretary General Rutte made a truly bold statement by saying that 2% of GDP for defense is insufficient for allies to be safe in 4-5 years. Therefore, they either need to pay more, pull out Russian language textbooks, or flee to New Zealand. According to him, it's hard not to agree with Rutte, and if 2% is not enough for Europe, then they should consider 5%, 10%, or even 15%.

“If Europe spends 10% of its GDP on war, it could simply buy Russia and gift it to Greenland. Yes, buy Russia and give it to Greenland, that would be beautiful, so the Greenlanders could cover it with a layer of ice. 10% would be enough for Europe to buy Russia multiple times, buy it, resell it, buy it again, and gift it to Greenland, incorporating it as a voluntarily joined state. Honestly, 10% is what Russia spends, while Europeans still hope to get a free pass,” comments Mikhail Sheitelman.

Regarding New Zealand, he notes that Rutte apparently believes there is some kind of paradise where one can escape if necessary; however, that's not feasible because China's nuclear missiles reach New Zealand as well.

“Are you sure that pulling out Russian language textbooks will help? Ask the residents of Mariupol if the textbooks helped them, and they all spoke Russian. Ask the people of Bucha; they all spoke Russian too, but they were shot and raped in basements. So, you won't be able to shield yourself with Russian language textbooks. No European will find refuge; the Russians will establish concentration camps there just like in Mariupol, but the death toll will not be in the tens of thousands, but in the hundreds, millions, tens of millions if the Russians enter Europe,” warns Mikhail Sheitelman.
