From February 21 to 27, 2025, territorial and interregional territorial bodies of the State Environmental Inspection of Ukraine conducted 389 activities and compiled 335 protocols for administrative offenses.

The total amount of imposed fines is 78 thousand UAH.

77 thousand UAH has been recovered for the State Budget.

Losses calculated for violations of environmental legislation amount to 14 million 591.5 thousand UAH.

The total amount of claims and lawsuits amounts to 7 million 2 thousand UAH.

Losses have been recovered voluntarily and through enforcement for a total of 2 million 472 thousand UAH.

Vinnytsia Region

During a raid conducted by the inspection in Vinnytsia region to ensure compliance with environmental legislation regarding the use of natural resources in the Mogyliov-Podilskyi district, a fact of illegal logging of 51 trees and damage to 39 trees to the extent of growth cessation was discovered within the protective forest strip beyond the village of Dolzhok in the territory of the Yampil City Council of the Mogyliov-Podilskyi district.

Kirovohrad Region

During a scheduled inspection by the Dnipro River District Inspection (Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regions) regarding the compliance of the Kompaneevsky Village Council of Kropyvnytskyi district with delegated powers of executive authorities in the field of environmental protection, rational use, reproduction, and conservation of natural resources, instances of land pollution were identified

beyond the village of Vynohradivka of the Kompaneevsky Village Council. The calculated damage amounts to 683 thousand 400 UAH;

beyond the village of Nechaiivka of the Kompaneevsky Village Council. The calculated damage amounts to 1 million 079 thousand 370 UAH;

beyond the village of Sofiivka of the Kompaneevsky Village Council. The calculated damage amounts to 884 thousand UAH;

beyond the village of Ternovoe of the Kompaneevsky Village Council. The calculated damage amounts to 778 thousand 875 UAH.

Odesa Region

During the state supervision (control) activities conducted by the Southwestern District Inspection (Mykolaiv and Odesa regions), a fact of illegal logging of 300 trees of the species "Oak" and "Ash" was established in the territory of the Ivanivka village territorial community, Berezivskyi district, with a total damage amounting to 3 million 264 thousand 260 UAH.

Additionally, in the forest belt near the village of Adamivka within the Ivanivka village territorial community, a fact of illegal logging of 71 trees of the species "Acacia" was established. The damage amounts to 514 thousand UAH.

Sumy Region

In the Sumy region, the inspection discovered the illegal logging of 64 trees (forest) by unidentified individuals in the territory of the Semenivka starostyn district of the Hlukhiv city territorial community.

Chernihiv Region

In 2025, within the road right-of-way between the settlements of Bolshaya Zahorovka and Pliski on the lands of the Pliskivsky Village Council in the Nizhyn district of Chernihiv region.

As a result of the illegal actions of unknown individuals, the state incurred damages amounting to 1 million 105 thousand 612 UAH.
