“When the Kremlin doesn't know what to do, when it is confused (believe me, as someone who has worked within the system, I have observed this), it simply stops transmitting this signal and loosens its grip significantly; then the system begins to live its own life. I believe we are witnessing this story right now. There is already an element of confusion; the Kremlin itself cannot say anything, and it cannot remain silent, so something must be said (editor’s note – to the propagandists),” states Abbas Gallyamov.
