"It exploded with such force that I was thrown off the couch," said a Slatino resident, recounting the shelling on February 20.

A resident of Kharkiv region shared that this is not the first home of hers to suffer from Russian shelling.
"Взрыв был такой силы, что я упала с дивана", - поделилась жительница Слатиного о обстреле 20 февраля.

A resident of Slatino in the Kharkiv region, whose home was damaged during today’s shelling, spoke about the attack.

The video of the "strike" was published by the head of the Derhachi military administration, Vyacheslav Zadorenko, as reported by "Dumka".

"I was sitting watching television when there was a loud bang that threw me off the couch, and I was in complete shock. I still can’t recover from it. The house is filled with shattered glass: everything is broken and destroyed. Right now, I am in such a state that I don’t even know what to say…," the local resident shared.

According to her, this is her son-in-law's house, located 50 meters from where one of the Russian UAVs fell. After Russians bombed her own house on another street in 2022, she had to temporarily move to Kharkiv. The son-in-law's house was also damaged back then, so the family was restoring it after the community was liberated. And now there’s been another "strike".

"Unfortunately, such stories are not unique. In Slatino, Bezruky, Russka Lozova, and many other settlements in Derhachi, hundreds of families live in homes that have suffered double or even triple destruction. However, people do not give up and are rebuilding what has been destroyed," Zadorenko noted.

As a reminder, today, around 10:40, the occupiers shelled the village of Slatino in the Derhachi community. As a result of the shelling, 11 houses were damaged, and half of the village lost power.
