The Kharkiv Regional Military Administration spent nearly half a million hryvnias to celebrate the volunteers.

The Kharkiv Regional Military Administration will allocate 450 thousand for the organization of a large-scale volunteer forum aimed at promoting the volunteer movement in the region.

This information comes from the public organization "Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Center" (HACC), as reported by "Dumka".

According to HACC, on December 3, 2025, in honor of International Volunteer Day, the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration will host the Regional Volunteer Forum. The event, with a budget of 450 thousand hryvnias, is intended to be a platform for sharing experiences, networking, and inspiring active residents of the region. This information was made available in the ProZorro public procurement system.

The forum will last for one day and is expected to gather at least 100 participants. The organizers emphasize that the venue will meet modern safety standards: it will either be a shelter or a space with rapid access.

The event program will include a ceremonial part, discussions on volunteer initiatives, presentations, as well as coffee breaks and a buffet. Additionally, there will be a themed photo zone, the venue will be decorated with branded elements, and video materials will be produced, among other details to ensure the effective execution of the forum.

The contractor selected to organize the event was chosen through an open auction on November 18.
