459 million UAH has been allocated to the territorial defense of Kharkiv region, according to the regional military administration.

Priority expenditures from the regional budget for 2025 will be allocated to strengthen the defense capabilities of Kharkiv region.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, as conveyed by "Dumka".

According to the administration, enhancing the region's defense capabilities remains a key area for funding.

"A total of 459 million UAH has been allocated for the needs of territorial defense in Kharkiv region. We are also continuing to finance all support programs for the Defenders of Ukraine, war veterans, and their families. For this purpose, 134.5 million UAH has been earmarked," noted the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov.

For the education sector, the regional budget has planned 1.7 billion UAH for the coming year. Healthcare institutions will receive 568 million UAH, while social protection and support for citizens will be allocated 553 million UAH.

The reserve fund amounts to over 387 million UAH. This budget serves as the baseline and provides for priority expenditures in the municipal budgetary sphere.
