In the town of Zlatopol in the Kharkiv region, work is nearing completion on a mural dedicated to Junior Sergeant of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Nikita Chimshyt (call sign "DOK").
According to "Dumka," this was reported by the local television channel "Nadezhda."
As per the information from the Mayor of Zlatopol, Nikolai Bakshiev, Nikita graduated from the Pryvomyaisk Gymnasium No. 3. In 2018, he completed his studies at the Krasnograd Medical College, where he earned the profession of paramedic. Since 2018, he worked as a paramedic in the Pryvomyaisk Emergency Medical Assistance Department and headed the paramedic-midwifery point in Kiselya. In 2020, he obtained a qualification in physical rehabilitation.
On May 15, 2020, Nikita joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a volunteer in the 79th Air Assault Brigade, serving as a combat medic in a platoon.
On April 25, 2022, Nikita's company engaged in a fierce battle near the settlement of Yampol, where the heart of the defender stopped while saving the lives of his comrades during artillery shelling.
