In the Kharkiv region, plans are underway to repair nine bridges "on loan."

After the repair of each crossing, the military takes it under protection.
В Харьковской области планируется отремонтировать девять мостов с использованием заемных средств.

The restoration of key bridges in the Kharkiv region continues under military protection and the supervision of international engineers, with plans to repair an additional nine structures this year.

This information was reported to "Dumka" by the Recovery and Infrastructure Development Service in the Kharkiv region.

According to the service, work is ongoing to restore bridges that were damaged or destroyed due to combat actions in the Kharkiv region. Traffic has already been opened on 8 crossings that are critically important for military logistics and the evacuation of civilians.

Andrei Alekseev, the head of the Recovery Service, stated that each repaired bridge is immediately secured by military units and electronic warfare assets, as infrastructure facilities remain vulnerable targets for Russian strikes.

This year, there are plans to restore an additional 9 bridges. A significant portion of the repairs is being carried out on a "loan" basis. The state has covered only a third of the expenses, and forecasts suggest that the payment situation is unlikely to improve.

In addition to the lack of funds, the pace of repairs is hindered by constant shelling and mining. Enemy drones are targeting construction equipment, and Russian troops regularly conduct airstrikes on the crossings. Construction work is often halted due to safety concerns for the workers.
